The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of body composition, lymphocyte subunits and NK cell after 12weeks combined training. Subjects were consisted of fourteen middle-aged (con;45.71¡¾2.17, ex;44.67¡¾3.25) and fourteen elderly (con;78.43¡¾4.39, ex;79.29¡¾1.25) women. The training program was separated aerobic (Weight bearing exercise+Balance training) resistance (Muscle strengthening+Posture and correction) exercise. We found that lean body mass and O2max were significantly increased after 12 weeks combined training and the lymphocyte subunits and NK cell number were improved after 12 weeks combined training in both groups. In conclusion, combined training was shown to positive influence on body composition, lymphocyte subunits and NK cell in human. Therefore, it might be thought that combined training would be preventative to decreased immune system by aging.
